From a dream to a reality of inclusion
Associação Abraçando Cores was founded on 14 March 2022, born from the desire to offer care and support to families facing difficulties in accessing specialised services, guidance and development opportunities for their children and family members.
Over the years, the organisation grew driven by the voluntary work of professionals committed to inclusion and the trust of the families served.
Today, Abraçando Cores develops projects focused on diagnostic assessment, mental health, social inclusion, professional training, income generation, family strengthening and citizenship promotion, positively impacting hundreds of families in the region.
